You authorize Primitive to perform the work
described in the service estimate. Warranty does
not cover physical or liquid damage exposure and is
subjected to inspection if a warranty is claimed. Fall
damage is residual and may incur unforeseen damage.
Warranty will only cover parts repaired by Primitive
and services rendered on the device with the matching
MOBILE ID stated on the form. Warranty is ONLY valid
with either an electronic or paper copy of this form.
If customer is supplying service parts, (i.e. SCREEN,
BATTERY or OTHER), parts will NOT be covered under
warranty and/or be held liable for manufacturer defects.
Primitive will NOT be held liable for DATA LOSS before
or after repairs are rendered but will ensure all efforts
to protect and secure data. It is the responsibility of
the devices’ owner to ensure all data is backed up and
saved prior to installation of any service requests.
Devices containing liquid resistant adhesive risk being
damaged during any physical damage and/or repair.
The device will no longer be liquid resistant and we
will NOT be held liable for future liquid damage.
