Answer the questions below to determine whether your repair issue may qualify for warranty coverage. This does not automatically approve coverage — final approval requires device inspection.
You may continue with a warranty claim submission. Final approval will be determined after inspection.
You may still request repair service and receive available repair options. If a technician is dispatched and the device is inspected, final warranty eligibility will be determined in person. If the device does not qualify for warranty coverage, you will be offered a repair quote. If you choose not to continue with the repair, a $35.00 service fee will apply.
Provide your repair details so we can evaluate the warranty claim and determine the next steps. Final warranty approval is confirmed after inspection.
