Our 90-day parts and labor warranty covers all repairs. This guarantees free replacement of any parts installed by our technician within 90 days in case of issues. Please note that physical damage, impact damage, LCD, and/or liquid damage are not covered under warranty.

Before initiating a warranty replacement, our technicians will conduct a thorough inspection of the device to check for any impact, LCD, or liquid damage. It's essential for us to ensure that the part/s being claimed under warranty and the device in which the part/s are installed remain consistent from the installation date, as per Primitive's protocol.

Parts that do not adhere to warranty guidelines will not be eligible for replacement under warranty. Additionally, parts that were not replaced by a Primitive technician will also not qualify for warranty replacement.

In the event of such circumstances, rest assured, we will provide you with the best possible price for your part replacement, ensuring your satisfaction. However, if you opt not to replace the part claimed under warranty upon the technician's arrival, a service fee will be charged.
