Primitive Repairs offers a limited warranty on eligible parts and labor. Warranty coverage does not apply to new damage, unrelated issues, liquid damage, misuse, software problems, or repairs attempted by another party after service.

  • Issue is related to the exact repair service performed.
  • Replacement part failure within the warranty period.
  • Labor issue connected to the original repair.
  • No new physical, liquid, or third-party damage found.

Not Covered

  • New cracks, drops, pressure damage, bends, or dents.
  • New LCD/OLED damage, black spots, colored lines, bleeding, pressure marks, or internal display damage caused after repair.
  • Liquid exposure after the repair.
  • Software, account, settings, charger, or accessory issues.
  • Repair attempts by another person or business.

4. Has the device avoided new drops, cracks, bends, pressure damage, or physical damage?
5. Is the LCD/OLED display free from new black spots, colored lines, bleeding, flickering, pressure marks, or internal display damage?
6. Has the device avoided liquid exposure after the original repair?
7. Has the device avoided third-party repair attempts after the original repair?
8. Is the issue unrelated to software, settings, accessories, chargers, or unrelated parts?
