Primitive Repairs offers a limited warranty on eligible parts and labor. Warranty coverage does not apply to new damage, unrelated issues, liquid damage, misuse, software problems, or repairs attempted by another party after service.

You may submit a warranty claim request. Final approval will be determined after inspection.
You may still request a discounted repair quote. If a technician is dispatched and the device is inspected, final warranty eligibility will be determined in person. If the device does not qualify for warranty coverage, you will be offered a repair quote. If you choose not to continue with the repair, a $35.00 service fee will apply.
