Warranty Coverage

• All repairs are covered under our 90-day parts and labor warranty. This means if you are having issues with any of the parts installed by the technician within 90-days, we will come out and replace them absolutely free! (Physical damage, Impact damage, LCD and/or Liquid damage are not included in warranty coverage)

○ Prior to a warranty replacement, the device will be inspected for impact, LCD and/or any liquid damage. Primitive technicians will ensure the part/s being claimed under warranty and the device in which the part/s are installed, are consistent from installation date.

• Any part/s that do not fall under warranty guidelines will not qualify for a warranty replacement. Furthermore, any part/s that has not been replaced by a Primitive technician will not qualify for a warranty replacement.

○ If such circumstances occur, we will make sure we offer you the best price possible for your part replacement, guaranteed! (If you decide to not replace the part being claimed under warranty once the technician arrives, you will be charged a service fee.)
